Nicole Aunapu Mann is a NASA astronaut and U.S. Marine Corps colonel and test pilot. She commanded SpaceX Crew-5, becoming the first Native American woman to go to space. She is a member of the Wailacki of the Round Valley Indian Tribes in Northern California.
